A few quick steps
that may resolve simple connectivity problems:
1. Reboot (power cycle) your network devices (computer, router or switch).
2. Check all ethernet cable connections to your router, computer,
and the wall jack.
3. Reboot internet equipment. This is usually the power connector to the supplied router or outdoor antenna where the main ethernet
cable terminates to the power supply. Most will have a product name
on it such as Motorola, SMC, or it may say "AC Adaptor". Please leave the device unplugged for at least one minute.
